919 Spotlight: TSB

We caught up with one of UKs top producers in the rap scene TSB to discuss his rise to fame, musical influences and his motivation to inspire the younger generation of producers with his work ethic. He started producing at 16 with the Fruity Loops software in the summer of 2009 and got the name TSB from his school days. At 16 he had a friend who was also a producer and they decided to call themselves The Shy Boys which birthed Tobi Shy Boy and which in turn became TSB. His unique production style has brought him collaborations with incredible names such as J Hus, Stormzy, Dave and MoStack to name a few. In a sit down interview with TSB we spoke about his work ethic, what goes on in the studio and how he deals with creative blocks.
